To say today's date in Spanish, follow this pattern:

Hoy es (Today is) day of the week , number de month de year.

For example: Hoy es domingo, 21 de marzo de 2004

Please notice that days of the week and months of the year

ARE NOT CAPITALIZED in Spanish as in English.

Now you are ready to use Señora S.'s fun calendar to hear dates in Spanish so you can practice yourself.
